Prosser Lakeview

The Prosser area is comprised mainly of the Prosser Lakeview Estates and Prosser Lake Acreage neighborhoods.  It’s within walking distance of Historic downtown Truckee and Prosser Reservoir, offering everything from recreational boating to fishing, hiking, camping, and mountain biking trails.  One of the few areas with no HOA, Prosser is occupied by approx. 70% full-time and 30% second homeowners.
