Northstar

Northstar is a resort community that is minutes from historic downtown Truckee, the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, and a short drive to Reno, Nevada. The downhill ski resort and Village is a favorite with families offering a variety of year-round public activities, such as x-country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, golf, and of course, shopping!   There are roughly 808 residential homes and five Condo Associations making up the Northstar Property Owners Association (NPOA), the original master association. The NPOA Recreation Center provides members and their guests with access to pools (Lap Pool open year-round), hot tubs, dry saunas, a fitness facility, tennis courts, etc.
