We were really motivated sellers, but did not want (and could not afford) to undervalue our property in order to sell it. Therefore, we were afraid that we would be forced to sell the house for a price that did not represent its true value. We were happy with the price we received and felt that it was fair to all the parties. We loved that Carrie was not afraid to work hard in order to make our property look its best, literally going to Home Depot and buying building supplies for us. Basically, she managed the entire process of making repairs that were necessary. Carrie’s the best!
